The Canesten brand has launched an online resource on fungal infections aimed at pharmacists and other health professionals.

The website, www.canesten.co.uk/hcp, has been designed to enhance knowledge of the most common fungal infections and their treatment, says Canesten manufacturer Bayer Consumer Care.

Conditions covered on the website include vaginal thrush, cystitis, athlete’s foot, sweat rash, ringworm and jock itch.

Resources available on the website include product information, diagnosis and treatment algorithms, patient information leaflets and an image library, according to the company.
